In Bangi now... Having a great deal of fun in the MPYO camp in PERMATA (as usual) (=
It's a great place to have our fun-fun-FUN music camps...!!! "Why?" You may ask. Let's see if i even have to ability to list all the cool features available here out... (=
1. It has internet connection - i mean it - internet connection!! Big thanks to that...you're now reading my blog which i posted here...using the public computer @ PERMATA in Bangi :)
2. There're bicycles to be rent.
3. You can do sports: badminton courts (both indoors and outdoors), squash courts, ping pong tables, gymnasiums, snooker tables etc etc. Just imagine: a few of my friends here actually brought racquets and shuttle cocks...they play badminton (B-A-D-M-I-N-T-O-N!) after our orchestra rehearsals. And my other girl friends, went cycling in the evening right before dinner...and they went straight for sectional practice after that as there was not enough time to bathe and clean themselves. Eww, gross?? Haha, it's fun!! Have you ever joined a camp (especially a music camp) where you can actually do anything you like from practising, studying to going online and playing badminton when you have free time (other than just practising the concert programme of course)? Isn't it just cool? XP
4. They're not just ordinary, lame, uncomfortable, making-people-homesick hostels...they're cool!! Air-conditioned, room service, kettle, fridge, TV, nice shower and many more... Sounds familiar? Sounds kinda like...a hotel? YEAH, exactly!! It's just like a hotel to me!! :) :)
5. Not to mention my friends and roommates here... I suppose i've already mentioned a few names in my previous posts. I was late for the camp as i had to sit for my Grade 8 music theory exam on the 3rd day of the camp. And i was so delighted - completely out of my mind (well, almost XD) - when i found out that my roommate this camp is again my ex-roommate and ex-ex-roommate Shu-Li!! (= We've been roommates for three camps and it has been a great pleasure knowing her. We've shared a lot between us and now, we have each other as roommates again!! Woohoo!!!
Err, i cant think of any more points though there are still, no doubt, many good features about this venue and this great orchestra ;) i really enjoyed my time here, to be part of MPYO, as well as to enjoy and appreciate the beauty of classical music... ^_^
